We are qualified trainers and have considerable experience of working as trainers and consultants throughout the country. We have both been involved with the development and delivery of accredited qualifications and training.

Mary Miles, M. Ed, trained as a teacher and worked for 7 years as a nursery teacher. Her Masters dissertation focused on the subject of child abuse and training. She worked in training and staff development for Birmingham City Council and has substantial experience as a youth and community worker both in the voluntary and statutory sector. She continues her involvement in youth and community work on a voluntary basis and is a director of All Saints Centre.

Fiona Mitchell, B.Soc.Sc, worked in the voluntary sector before becoming a development officer for BCVYS. She then worked for Birmingham City Council, in training and staff development, for a number of years. She has been a school governor, a director of a credit union and is a member of the local allotment association.
